Purna Pareek
Mr. Pareek, CEO of AdviceAmerica, has more than twenty five years of experience in the software and financial services industry as a serial entrepreneur with a track record of success. In 1999 he identified a market need for a powerful, yet easy-to-use financial planning software solution and founded AdviceAmerica. Mr. Pareek is driving the strategic vision for the organization and today the company is consistently recognized by analysts, customers and strategic partners as one of the leading providers of financial planning software. Mr. Pareek was previously the founder and CEO of Apptivity Corporation, a Silicon Valley Internet startup that developed a breakthrough Application Server technology to build enterprise-scale business solutions. In 1997 Apptivity got acquired by Progress Software where he continued to lead the division's success penetrating the financial services industry with large customers such as Merrill Lynch, Munich Re Group and Yahoo Finance. Mr. Pareek has held various leadership roles at IBM/Informix, Compaq/DEC and Varian Associates. He holds an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.

Pierre Bossaert, CFPA®
Pierre Bossaert is the Vice President of Financial Planning at AdviceAmerica and is leader of a team of domain experts on all aspects of finance, including investment strategies, risk management, taxation and estate planning. His twenty-year career in financial services and product development has included client account services, team management and financial planning software development for Fortune 500 corporations. Prior to joining AdviceAmerica, Mr. Bossaert worked in Charles Schwab's Investment Advice Enterprise, where he managed software product development, strategy and design for Charles Schwab's Web trading applications and desktop advice solutions. He has also held positions at Citibank and American Express Financial Advisors, helping clients manage their personal finances. Mr. Bossaert holds a M.S. degree in Personal Financial Planning from the College for Financial Planning, a B.S. degree from Santa Clara University, as well as CFP certification, Series 7 and 9/10 security licenses, and is pursuing additional advanced education through the Stanford Professional Development Program in Project Management.

Anil Kumar Maurya
Anil Maurya is the Vice President of Development at AdviceAmerica, overseeing all aspects of engineering including R&D, QA and release processes. He has more than twenty years of software development experience and enterprise application deployment. His expertise falls primarily in the design and architecture of software products on Microsoft platforms. In addition, he has managed large-scale product development projects in the role of development manager and software architect. Before joining AdviceAmerica, Mr. Maurya worked extensively in the development of products for the pharmaceutical industry. He created and managed the development of the ARISg family of products, which is used by top pharmaceutical companies in the USA, Europe and Japan, and is still the most widely-used product in its category. Anil Maurya received his M. Tech. degree in computer science from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi in 1985.

Anatoli Mandelstam
Anatoli Mandelstam is the Chief Technology Officer for AdviceAmerica. He has been working in the field of software engineering and management for nineteen years. Over this period he acquired diverse experience in developing software solutions for a variety of industries. Prior to joining AdviceAmerica, he was in charge of software development at Gaffey + Associates, Inc., a primary provider of medical billing solutions. His other engagements included management of a software development group at OnCommand Corporation, an on-demand video services company, and a Director position with Classic Custom Vacations, a travel wholesaler (now part of Expedia), where he helped build a new reservation system. Mr. Mandelstam holds a MSCS degree from St. Petersburg State Technical University (St. Petersburg, Russia).

Ramesh Patibanda, CFA
Ramesh Patibanda is a Director of Financial Planning at AdviceAmerica, leading a large portion of the domain expertise team that drives requirements for detailed planning issue within the application. He has significant experience in financial services covering risk and portfolio management systems, financial derivatives, wealth management and real estate valuation. He is also experienced in conducting corporate training programs, and has a detailed knowledge of software product development life cycles, allowing him to work closely with the development teams to specify features and articulate requirements. Prior to joining AdviceAmerica, Ramesh worked extensively in the wealth management arena with activities ranging from setting up of the dedicated wealth management portal to heading multi-million dollar relationship management initiatives. He held senior management positions with Guardian Risk Advisors (P) Ltd., Thomson Financial and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. Ramesh has an MBA from Ohio State University and a Masters in Management Studies from the University of Mumbai in India. In addition, he has Financial Risk Manager certification from GARP and has been approved for CFA Charter holder membership by the CFA Institute.

Jeremy Schlarb
Jeremy Schlarb is the Director of Client Relationships at AdviceAmerica, and is primarily responsible for business development, account management and client support. His direct experience in financial planning and private wealth management gives him a unique perspective to work with both independent advisors as well as major firms on the use of AdviceAmerica's planning tools to qualify prospects, gather assets and increase revenue at every step of the engagement process. He has over ten years experience in the financial services industry as a registered financial advisor at Smith Barney, where he worked as a key manager in one of the largest producing teams at the firm. He also served as VP, Regional Manager at Bank of America Investment Services. |
