Financial Planning Software for Independent and Small Office Advisors and RIAs

AdviceAmerica offers hosted advisor workstation, financial planning software, portfolio management and financial advisor CRM for independent and small office advisors and wealth managers.

The demand for quality financial advice has never been stronger. As people plan for retirement, they look for financial products and services in the context of a holistic plan that allows them to reach a broad range of financial and lifestyle goals, whether they are still saving for retirement or need guidance with their current retirement income. Financial advisors realize this is critical to retaining clients and increasing revenue.

The challenge has been finding the right financial planning software solution that is powerful enough for financial advisors to model complex client scenarios, but easy enough to use and scale their practice. Advisors need to generate results that can be understood by clients, while highlighting the specific financial needs and products marketed by the advisor.

The need to address complex compliance requirements, along with a desire to incorporate customized advice models has led many financial institutions to build their own monolithic planning systems to suit their specific needs, but often at a very high cost.

AdviceAmerica meets these challenges with the most powerful, yet easy to use financial planning software that integrates easily with large enterprise applications and infrastructure. AdvisorVision financial planning software is built on the most modular software framework in the industry, providing the ability to configure the application to provide value-added advice and product specific recommendations. It is designed for use by financial advisors working directly with clients in real-world, detailed planning scenarios.

AdviceAmerica complements its AdvisorVision financial planning software solutions with ClientVision, a complete financial advisor CRM platform that is fully integrated with Outlook 2007. ClientVision allows advisors to extend Outlook with all the financial details of their clients, including storing key online documents, and tracking client activity. ClientVision also allows greater collaboration across advisor teams since it is a shared database that is synchronized with each advisors own desktop through Outlook.

Managing client data, documents and contact information is one of the most time-intensive tasks that any financial professional or team deals with. Usually advisors have some type of contact management or Customer Relationship Management software to manage some or all of these tasks. The key for greater advisor efficiency is the depth of financial details that can be managed, and the integration of the contact system with other advisor financial planning software.

Besides Outlook, there are a number of contact database applications targeted at the independent advisor, including a number of financial advisor extensions. The reality is that these financial advisor CRM applications were never designed for either the in-depth financial information that advisors maintain, nor the intensive processes and document management requirements unique to financial professionals.

ClientVision is the first Financial Relationship Management (FRM) tool that is both offered as a software service over the web, as well as being completely integrated into Outlook 2007. ClientVision fills the gap for independent and small office advisors and agents who are looking for a way to extend their existing contact management tools to their financial practice, including comprehensive financial planning.

ClientVision integrates all your client's financial details within Outlook so there is no learning curve and all information is easily accessible from your desktop.

ClientVision essentially extends any client Outlook contact record, with an additional menu bar that provides access to all the data and reports that a financial advisor needs. Financial holdings and pricing details can be kept up to date with external data sources such as back-office applications, custodians, or broker-dealers through a number of data adapters, such as Albridge or DST.

All of the Outlook tasks, such as setting meetings, sending e-mail, and looking up client contact details are all available in the same window, along with clients financial data and reports.
